Day 3 of Phoenix Fashion Week was in full swing with cocktails and shopping bags in hand. I had a blast mingling with other local fashion bloggers and stylists with one of my great friends by my side (that actually talked me into starting my own fashion blog in the first place…love you Carly). Below are some fun pics from the night and a mini recap of the show! <3

Gents started the night off with a very different look that was clean and sleek. The minimal makeup on the women models went well with the subtle looks. I loved the women’s leather cap, hair slicked back in a ponytail. I could see myself wearing that cap with a deep color floral dress, cropped jean jacket and some motorcycle boots….perfect for fall! <3

One of my favorite designers Jhaus was up next with denim looks for all occassions! One of my favorites from her new collection was her denim pencil skirt. A pencil skirt is a must have in every women’s closet because you can pair just about anything with them. I cannot wait to get my hands on that skirt! Tutorial out soon on various ways to wear pencil skirts!

Next up was Paulie Gibson with his eccentric collection hitting the stage. Bright and bold prints come to mind when I think of his pieces. These are looks that I wouldn’t typically see the average male wearing on any given day but these models worked it.

DPC By Dora Yim rocked it with so much attention to detail that you could see immediately when her pieces walked on the stage. The craftsmanship of each piece of clothing was completely on point. The color combinations and jewelry (that she made herself) worked perfect together and the music choice tied her entire show together.

I love day to night transitional pieces; especially with my busy schedule. I like to buy clothes that I can wear for work and then dress up for night with a simple change of accessories (shoes, clutch and jewels) Bri Seeley knew exactly what she was doing when she designed her newest collection. Each piece can be worn in various ways and I love it….and she also used some of my favorite colors throughout her pallet (teal and nude).

Herbert Victoria was next up and completely killed it with his art inspired designs that tie into culture, adventures, and personal prosperity. I loved all of his details from the neckline, to the synched in waist with some of his dresses and the jewelry complimented and finished off all of his looks!

Whimsical pieces in pastels officially remind me of spring; Stephanie Gentry’s line got me excited for tullips and lilys this spring. Her looks are not for the every day women; I could see her looks being worn for fun special occassions.

Proverbs By Efua had a distinct style of simplicity with a bit of edge and sharp stiching in all the right places. I loved the color combinations she chose throughout her collection, simple yet classic. What’s different about this designer is that her luxury women’s clothing is for a cause; to end human trafficking. Click here to find more information.
