What an amazing March it has been! I was lucky enough to be chosen as one of the “Top Stylist in Arizona,” for Phoenix Fashion Week’s MIM Rocks Fashion Show that was on March 29th; along with some amazing stylists throughout the valley. I styled along side; Brian Swan, Fawn Cheng, Yeka Bruner and Amir Saebi. (Shown Below)
During the month of March, I have been eating and breathing MIM Rocks Fashion and I absolutely loved every minute of it! The “theme” of this show was everything Spring and how you can bring the looks from the runway to your closet. So, I immediately thought of floral prints with a lot of color, draped with colorful jewels.
I had the honor of working with Clothes Minded Boutique owner Kim Kendall on all of the looks chosen for the show. Her store is filled with lots of color and looks for all occasions. If you haven’t been in her boutique yet……you must! If you are looking for a casual day time look to a dressy going out look for night…this is your store! I also love the fact that she houses various Phoenix Fashion Week Designers collections in her location. So make sure to help out your local economy and check out her boutique and tell her I sent you! 🙂
I also had the pleasure of working with JHaus and Dillard’s on pulling looks and accessories from their collections. All of the denim in the show was from JHaus and all of the jewelry was from Dillard’s at Scottsdale Fashion Square Mall. (Most from the Jessica Simpson Collection)
This is where it all began (picture shown above). After I picked all of my looks; I had to choose what look to put on what model according to their skin tone and body type. I was lucky enough to have the most amazing 7 models on my team! Thanks again ladies! xoxoxo
I was very excited to be on Good Morning Arizona on 3tv, the day of the show to promote! I was interviewed by the lovely and talented Stella Inger and we discussed Spring fashion the do’s and dont’s!
